Omar Bashir

Omar Bashir, the "Prince of Oud," plays traditional Iraqi music mixed with jazz-like improvisations. Bashir has played all over the world, from Ankara to Zemplen (Hungary), and has taught in Baghdad and Budapest. He also scored the film Taif Al-Madina (2000).
