Today, the Kennedy Center begins its Japan Festival entitled Japan: Culture and Hyperculture, running February 5-17, reported Variety Magazine. The Hollywood rag also mentioned next year's upcoming Arab World Festival will celebrate cultures of countries throughout the Middle East.
