Mohammad-Reza Shajarian and the Shahnaz Ensemble
Shajarian is one of the most best known Iranian artists and perhaps the greatest singer in the history of the recorded Persian traditional music. He is generally regarded as a living legend of Persian music. In this remarkable performance of classical Persian music, he will be accompanied by the 17 member Shahnaz Ensemble, directed by Maestro Magid Derakhshani, one of Iran's most dynamic composers and instrumentalists.
