Come join Laurel Victoria Gray for a performance by the Silk Road Dance Company to celebrate their 15th anniversary. They will perform "Spirit of the Silk Road" featuring dynamic new pieces and historic legacy repertoire choreographies. Central Asian, Persian, Arabic, Bollywood, Georgian, and Russian Romani (Gypsy) dance favorites.
Earlier in the day, the Silk Road Dance Company will hold workshops (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) on traditional Persian, Arabic, and Silk Road dances and rhythms.
A reception with the artists will follow the concert.
